Yes all of our hunting packages are based on birds released.

No we do not have Venomous snakes on the ranch we are located on the very eastern edge of Spokane County and our habitat does not support the Western Rattlesnake. A study conducted by the University of Washington shows the central to north eastern part of Spokane County as not having the habitat to support them. Also we have been on the ranch since the early 1950’s and back when it was a working cattle operation we have never seen or encountered a venomous snake.

Hunting reservations are taken on a first come first served basis, so we suggest you book your dates as soon as possible.

Normally our dogs find 90 to 100% of all birds released. Of course, the number of birds shot will depend on your shooting ability. Clients who bring their own dogs must accept the responsibility for the number of birds found. Our guides will make every effort possible to get you shooting at every bird.

Yes! You can shoot as many birds as you like, there are no limits. Bird counts are based on released birds.

When it comes to clothing, it is a good idea to wear two pair of socks; an inner polypropylene sock to wick away moisture, and a wool outer sock for support. We recommend the Filson Merino wool sock, the lightweight for early season and the heavy for late season. With this quality sock, you don’t need the liner. Skip the cotton socks unless you like blisters.

Yes! Hunter Orange is required and we need to follow the Washington department of fish and wildlife hunter orange requirements
